I can't recommend Annica highly enough. I was suffering from excruciating sciatica down my right leg, and the pain was unbearable. After just a few sessions, the searing pain had reduced to a dull ache, and with a few more weeks of treatment, it had completely disappeared.Annica was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout my treatment. After suffering an injury to my left shoulder, I decided to try osteopathy. After meeting Sam from the very first appointment, she immediately put me at ease. She took her time during the assessment, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood each stage of the process, including what the scans would show and how the treatment plan would work.My initial scan revealed a stress score of over 350, making it clear there was a lot of work to do. After just six sessions, that score had fallen to below 150, and by the end of my treatment it was around 50—far better than I ever imagined possible.During my initial consultation, I also mentioned that I had been suffering from TMJ for 13 years. Over that time, I had tried night guards from my dentist, GP referrals, and even aggressive chiropractic treatment, but nothing had provided lasting relief. Sam assessed the problem straight away and was confident she could help.I can honestly say I never expected to regain the movement in my jaw that I have now. The improvement has been remarkable and has made a huge difference to my quality of life.Everyone at the practice is friendly, welcoming, and professional, but I can’t thank Sam enough for the care, expertise, and dedication she has shown throughout my recovery. I was recommended by a friend to see Paul when I hurt my back. Again. There was always some pain or other going on with me. Back, shoulders and hips.I went along for a treatment but instead I had the myovision scan and a treatment with a follow up a couple of days later.To be honest I was sceptical it was some kind of a retention scheme but after chatting to Paul I had confidence in him. He’s very knowledgable and I just trusted him.I’m now after my treatment plan and honestly I can’t believe how good I feel. It has definitely been a process but I’m pain free and relaxed in myself again it’s wonderful.And it’s not as expensive as you’d think!! If you’re in pain you’ve got nothing to lose. I’m thrilled I’ve come to this clinic I feel as though it’s life changing. I’ll continue now to remain pain and injury free.

I am writing this review based on my own experience today, 18/05/2026, at the clinic which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I booked the free spine screening and posture session but I've got only the posture checked and spend 2 hours with the transport from London to Eltham.The conclusion is that what we actually see advertised on social media as part of marketing is very faraway from the reality.I will suggest for the clinic as part of the improvement for the advertised information to be rectified for this part of free evaluation or to be done in accordance with the expectations.Thank you for reading to my review.Best regardsAmalia M.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Gemma, an exceptional physiotherapist who is part of Eltham Osteopathy Clinic and who truly helped me move out of pain.At the beginning of December, I went to my GP with severe neck and shoulder pain. I was prescribed strong painkillers and medication to suppress the central nervous system. At the time, it brought relief, but when I tried to stop taking them after two weeks, the persistent pain returned. I knew the problem had not been resolved only temporarily silenced.An X-ray showed nothing, and I was referred to MSK services, where I am still on the waiting list 😊. That’s when I decided to look for help elsewhere.I found Gemma at the beginning of January. Even the first session brought noticeable relief. After two weeks I returned, still feeling some discomfort but already free from medication. The following two sessions completely released my pain and also initiated a deeper internal process of emotional release that I had been carrying for a long time. I attended one more session not because I was in pain anymore, but because I wanted to learn how to care for myself not only in crisis, but also in everyday life.I cannot fully express my gratitude for Gemma’s incredible knowledge of the human body, the gift in her hands, and the personal energy she brings into her work. Attended for treatment plan followed by monthly maintenance (on recommendation from a few different friends). Each treatment seems to keep everything in check. Sam is an absolute expert at finding and treating the root causes of pain. I can definitely feel the difference after a treatment, I feel physically reset and movement is easier/lighter. I have also received excellent treatment from Annika. And, Gemma's therapy massages also need to be highly commended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot recommend eltham osteopathy enough.After years of awful pain in my upper back I had a scan at the clinic which revealed scoliosis and muscle damage, amongst other problems.After my 12 week, course I am now walking upright and pain free. I am so grateful to uri .I have found Uri to be a lovely person who has put me at ease, and literally changed my everyday life.I can now sit in comfort without the need of a pile of cushions and lay at night without the awful discomfort I had been suffering.Thank you eltham osteopathy , I am a new woman.

I have been coming to Eltham Osteopathy Clinic for 28 years and have always received excellent service from whichever osteopath has treated me. After I was knocked down crossing the road some years ago, Paul worked intensively on my shoulder and hips and got me back to normal, for which I was very grateful. For some years now Verity has been my osteopath and she is excellent and keeps my back from pain at my monthly appointments. I also have sports massages with Gemma which have helped me enormously with tired and aching muscles. I thoroughly recommend this osteopathy clinic.

I can’t recommend the clinic highly enough. I began osteopathy with Annica at first when I was at an acute stage of discomfort and at the end of my tether. I now see her for regular maintenance. Annica is really amazing! All the staff at the clinic are friendly and kind. I’ve also had wonderful reflexology with Lee that was such a wonderful treat! Booking and receiving text reminders all make it easy and the membership scheme has made payment affordable 😀

This a great Osteopath clinic and all the staff are excellent professionals. I see Sam and she really does keep my arthritis in check and sorts out my new knee stiffness, pulled shoulder and bad back problems. I have their Gold package which gets me 2 sessions a month. I don't know where to begin ! I've been going here and being a dancer I always have issues😭😭 Sam has been so amazing I can't recommend her enough she knows exactly what's wrong with me and exactly what to do. With just a few sessions in I started to feel less pain and the intensity of the pain decreased. Honestly if you are concerned about any joints or body aches make this your first destination before the gp! You guys have my heart i always feel welcome there.🤣🤣🤣Thank you so so much 🫶🫶🫶

Great customer service, and treatment.I went as i was having severe back pain in early summer. Had an initial test to determine what could be potential problem. After my treatments with Annica Ljungberg, and an interim progress assessment my back and posture had improved exponentially. I was experiencing less back pain and I actually felt this was benefitting other ailments that I had previously experienced; gastro issues... after 12 weeks and a final assessment my posture has improved immeasurably, I actually feel a bit taller, and I have no back pain at all. Great treatments, very well organised and communication. Would recommend without doubt.

Just wanted to share how very grateful i am to Anneka. i had a private MRI as i was in a-lot of pain. The MRI showed a bulging disc which was trapping a nerve down my left side. she looked at my scan and within 3 sessions i am pain free. i cannot believe it! I would suggest if you are in alot of pain to pay for an MRI so they can work their magic. Love you Anneka you've fixed me.

I contacted Eltham Osteopathy Clinic, after developing what I believed was sciatica, following a positive recommendation from a friend who had used them for a number of years to help with her back issue. From my initial contact they have been efficient, professional and friendly. I was contacted promptly and seen quickly. They take a genuine interest in you, your lifestyle and health and treat you and not just your medical issue in isolation. Everything is explained fully from what they can do and how long it will take. I opted for a series of treatments as my problem was linked to a long standing issue (of which the pain in my hip/leg was a symptom) and even after the first one felt an improvement. After 12 treatments there has been a massive improvement and I will continue with ongoing maintenance (monthly for now) to ensure the problem is managed. All the staff are friendly and helpful and Claudio (and Yuri), the osteopaths who treat me, are both professional, friendly and committed to making you well.I am so pleased I contacted the clinic and would strongly recommend them.

I have been using Verity for years now and would highly recommend her. I had tried previous places but they never managed to get to the bottom of my back pain. After a few months of visiting Verity it was much more manageable and I'm happy to say I now attend appointments for maintenance.I also recommend Gemma who does the massages. I have recently started to see her due to a desk job and issues with my should and neck. She takes the time to do an assessment at each session so the massage is bespoke for my needs. The two treatments compliment each other very well.Last but not least, the front of house staff are always friendly and very helpful.

I had an injury with my lower back slipped / bulged disc ! I have been going for 4-6 weeks now and I have seen a massive improvement ! First came to Eltham Osteopathy over 5 years ago after the birth of my baby left me with horrendous back pain that really impacted how I was able to cope physically and mentally in the newborn stages. Doctors had always said my 'back issues' were linked to weight, and so I was initially sceptical as to whether osteopathy would be helpful. However the assessment and subsequent treatment plan created by Sam at Eltham Osteopathy took me from debilitating discomfort to normal, pain-free movement and all whilst staying the same on the scales the whole time. I subsequently became a member of the clinic and have been having monthly treatments ever since, almost 5 years. I am still yet to lose any weight and so I attribute the improvements in my mobility largely to the treatments given to me by Sam. Also must say that all staff I encounter at the clinic are approachable and professional.

I have been going to Eltham Osteopathy Clinic for some lower back and knee pain. My practicioner, Annica, has been great and has helped my by doing a thorough assessment to pin-point the cause of my issues and then working with me to correct the problem through osteopathic realignment treatments and additional taylored exercises to strengthen weak muscle groups. After 2-3 months of treatments, I feel a lot better and my knee and back pain is finally gone and I feel like I can return to a more active lifestyle. Thank you!

When I came to Eltham Osteopathy Clinic, I literally couldn’t walk after three bad falls in as many months, my back was in tatters and I was in excruciating pain. Having just moved to the area, I didn’t know where I was going to find a decent osteopath. Thankfully, Yuri Rodrigues was able to help me & I am back on my feet again. Over the last few months I had back and neck pain that were causing really bad headaches. I looked up Eltham Osteopathy and booked an appointment. I had an assessment with Claudio and had my first treatment session the following the day. I felt great after session 1 and my headaches stopped after session 2. I just had my 10th session and I now have movement in my neck and back that I haven’t had since I was a teenager, my mental and physical health have really improved.I’ve also been impressed by Chanelle on reception, she gives a really good first impression of the business. I’ve noticed the great care she takes with some of the older patients.Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I went to the clinic after a lot of pain in my hands, which is arthritis and has gradually been getting worse. After my first treatment with Claudio, my assessment showed I also had a slightly rotated pelvis and tension in my back. I just thought this pain was arthritis too. I have had four sessions and can honestly say the pain has eased and my back feels so relaxed. I have also been given exercises for my hands and back. I highly recommend Claudio and the Eltham Osteopathy Clinic.

I had such a wonderful experience with this clinic. It’s so helpful that you can book most of your appointments online and plan everything ahead. The reception ladies are so lovely. Very helpful and super efficient.Sam has been working on my back and neck and the results are mind blowing! I starting looking for an osteopath when I suddenly began to suffer intense cluster like, migraines with no obvious cause and my life in pieces. After numerous trips to my GP and A&E ineffective medicines and 5 minute appointments where I didn't feel listened to, my first experience with Sam at the Eltham clinic was exceptional, I wasn't sold a miracle cure but instead listened to and considered and realistic treatment plan implemented. Sam has been hugely responsible for my turn around in a what felt like a hopeless situation, the staff are incredibly friendly, caring, professional and organised, I simply wouldn't consider anywhere else and if you're looking for an osteopath, look no further than Sam Wright.

Sam took time in our first appointment to listen to me about all the problems I am having with my feet and shoulder and came up with a plan to help get me back on track.I choose Sam because of her holistic approach. She doesn't just concentrate on one area, she ensures that my whole body is working as one, and after four sessions so far and I have already seen a marked improvement in all my ailments.The monthly payment scheme also gives you a chance to help keep the top up sessions at a reasonable cost.I would recommend this clinic.

I visited Yuri at the clinic after experienced general back pain and fatigue for a while. I’ve had a fantastic experience each time I visited the clinic. Yuri is down to earth, understanding, knowledgeable and best of all was able to significantly improve my pain in my back after a program of sessions which I followed. I went to the clinic after several months of groin/hip pain on my left side that had gradually been getting worse. After my first treatment with Yuri the pain was pretty much completely gone, but my assessment showed I had a slightly rotated pelvis and a huge amount of tension in my back. I’ve just completed 10 sessions and feel like I can really see the difference in the consistent work and will definitely continue coming monthly for maintenance and looking after my body as a whole. I consulted Eltham Osteopathy clinic last year.I was suffering nocturnal right leg pain, shin area.After consulting with my Gp I was screened for Paget's diseaseI also had bloods done for any deficiencies.My practice nurse suggested I see a Osteopath, in case ofany nerve impingement.I saw Annica. She took me through a extremely thorough pretreatment screening. It was very comprehensive.I attended for the recommended treatments. My legpain greatly improved. I was no longer awakened in thenight with pain. This was happening before treatment.As a result, my sleep quality improved tremendously.I felt so much better, as a whole. Having always enjoyedgood flexibility I was so grateful for the improvement.I decided to continue seeing Annica, monthly, as I feltit was important to maintain this improvement.I cannot recommend Annica enough. All I can say is what an absolutely amazing place great Friendly and very helpful staff reception staff are brilliant,always go out there way to try get the appointment you want,I was in quite a lot of pain in my back and shoulder and was recommended by a friend to see Paul, and to be fair he has worked miracles my back is so much better now and shoulder,I don’t wake up feeling unhappy any more I can crack on with the day so thank you for that,would highly recommend and have done to many people 👍🏻

Paul at Eltham Osteopathy has literally transformed my life. 10 years ago I was being treated by a different osteopath which was ineffective and left me believing that was all osteopathy could offer. All I was offered from NHS was an annual injection to mask the pain. I was at a real low point in my life due to my debilitating back problems until Paul was strongly recommended to me. Since then I am now managing my back problems with support from Paul by being proactive and taking a holistic approach. I simply can't recommend this practice enough!

Verity is the practitioner I see and she has worked wonders for my pain levels and trouble with my joints. When I first went I was getting constant headaches. I have osteoarthritis and in the winter months my pain levels used to be so unbearable, I would occasionally need a stick to help me walk and I am not old yet only in my 40’s. Since seeing Verity at Eltham Osteopathy even in the coldest weeks I don’t need that stick.
I now have monthly sessions to keep me supple and is definitely something I do not want to give up.

My experience is amazing. I was recommended Eltham Osteopathy Clinic during my pregnancy because I was suffering from lower back pain, knee and hip pain. Hip and back pain was getting worse, I couldn't stand for cooking, cleaning my house and not even being able to sit down and play with my kids. I was worried about the weeks to come until the end of pregnancy. I started therapy just before lockdown and was amazed how better I got in few weeks. Hip and knee pain completely disappeared and lower back was incredibly tapering off. I stopped for a while due to my daughter birth and returned 2 months ago. Even after months apart, I was well and just needed some adjustments. I am now able to play with my kids on the floor and can also stand to cook ; )
I go now once a month and can say I am also free from my migraines. Such a good life to cope with all the house work and being mum to three.

My experience is amazing. I was diagnosed with degenerative discs in my lower back, mid back and my neck. The only thing offered by the NHS was two lots of injections in my back which lasted no more than two months each time. The pain in my lower back and left hip was getting worse. I was not sleeping at night. My back eventually went leaving me in severe pain and with no treatment because of Covid. I was recommended Paul at Eltham Osteopathy. I started with intensive therapy gradually tapering off. I cannot believe the difference. Yes I will always have back problems because I let things go to far before trying an alternative . I am now able to pick things up off of the floor. I can walk further and for longer. My hip has given me no problems or pain at all. I can even run up stairs! I go now once a month to make sure I keep mobile. Life is good. Do not stay in pain give osteopathy a go.

Having sciatica for 2 years seeing a chiropractor, then a physio and having a lumbar diseconomy I was still suffering with Back, leg and neck problems. Nearly 4 years of sleep deprivation I was at the end of my tether until I went to see Paul. He said he could fix me! After nearly 2 months I’m am 95 percent better. I was sceptical at first but Paul has been working on me so far for 3 weeks and I have gone from being bent over in constant pain to feeling 10ft tall. He not just got me out of pain quickly but the pain is staying away more and more. It's so nice to be able to move around, bend and sit up straight again. It's amazing, so worth it!!! The NHS need to get more involved with osteopathy for sure! Because it's not just finding a slow way to manage pain it fixes so many different problems you never would have dreamed were due to back problems.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have had bad back and neck for years. I have been seeing Paul for the last 5 weeks and the pain is nearly gone. Paul is genius, by massaging and manipulating my spine, its condition has improved dramatically and most blockages are gone. My headaches have stopped and my lower back is no longer stiff. I can’t put into words how amazing Danny has been supporting me to rehabilitate my injury. I have had a slipped disc in my back for a prolonged period of time now and Danny is the first and only person who has been able to help relieve pain without using any type of drug.
He is such a kind and genuine person. I trust him completely and know that I am in good hands when I visit the clinic. I literally would say he is a life saver. I have had numerous flare up’s with my injury since it initially happened which has been mentally and physically testing. Danny has not only been extremely understanding and supportive during these times but has also been a real friend and helped me to stay sane and remain positive!
I am a dancer and he understands my body, how it works and always uses appropriate exercises and manipulations that often leave me feeling instantly relieved from pain.

I am so grateful to Danny for all his wonderful treatment on my body. I have recently started suffering with one side of my neck and every time I go to see him, he works his magic and I feel wonderful afterwards. I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone and everyone. Osteopathy is the way forward.

excellent treatment .I was in pain with my back for months taking loads of pain killers .do after a while with some treatment I'm in no pain can sleep at night and train hard .GREAT

I've been seeing Paul now for just over a month and the improvement in my back and neck pain is amazing. I feel like a different person already and I'm only half way through my treatment. I can highly recommend Paul or in general the practice. Really friendly reception and reasonably prices sessions.

I'm making great progress in just a few months which considering I've been diagnosed with slipped disks and osteoarthritis is a miracle! The whole team are friendly and professional and make you feel at ease straight away. They clearly care about their patients and I'm very glad I'm one of them. Can't recommend them enough.
