The Eltham Osteopathy Clinic Team
Paul graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and received a B.Sc. (Hons) in Osteopathy. He is a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA) and is state-registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
After graduation Paul studied for a further two years to complete a diploma in classical osteopathy. During this time Paul was able to train with a 94-year-old osteopath and so gain valuable experience and insight into osteopathy which has not been diluted through the years.
Paul now owns the award-winning practice, Eltham Osteopathy Clinic; which he has taken to a new level of health care excellence and strives to exceed your expectations in health care. He has a special interest in taking care of spinal, sports and work-related injuries as well as postural correction – his passion lies in helping people.
Paul is a scout leader and loves giving back to the community, offering the children the same opportunities he had.
Verity graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2017 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO).
Verity has also completed a course in sports massage and holds a Foundation Degree in Sport and Fitness. This encouraged her to explore and expand her knowledge of the human body, and in particular how it can be healed without medication.
After suffering many years with headaches, Verity found Osteopathy and now after reaping the benefits aims to provide all patients with whole body treatments that not only treats the symptoms but the cause. She has experience in treating people with life limiting illness and has a passion for helping those feel their best even at their worst.
Sam graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2020. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO). Prior to Osteopathy, Sam had six years experience of working in an acute surgical hospital setting, which has allowed her to acquire a variety of skills and expand her knowledge of the human body.
Sam is a passionate osteopath who has a holistic approach to treatment and management; her main focus is to treat the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. This is to help patients achieve better health, and to have a better quality of life, without the use of medications. Sam is a keen sportswoman and spends her spare time playing cricket and football.
Kal (B.Ost) graduated from the University College Of Osteopathy (UCO) formerly known as the British School Of Osteopathy in 2020. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute Of Osteopathy (iO). Kal has a decade long background and experience in the field of sports-remedial massage, and manual therapy. He has previously worked alongside physiotherapists and personal trainers, collaborating in the care of professional and amateur athletes, as well as taking care of elderly patients.
After witnessing lots of illness and unfortunate health events in his family when he was a child, he decided to dedicate his life to helping people to get healthy naturally. He is passionate about helping people from all walks of life to be able to lead an active and healthy life. Outside the clinic, Kal is an experienced calisthenics and kettlebell practitioner, and a mindfulness meditator. Our Clinic Team
One thing you can’t see online is the positive, friendly and happy nature our clinic assistants which all our patients comment on. At Eltham Osteopathy, clinic assistants run the show. Highly trained in customer service, they make your every visit to our clinic a memorable one.
As a recent graduate, from the University of Bristol where I studied Chemistry & received a first-class honours, I am enjoying working in the clinic team, greeting all our wonderful patients with a big smile and having a good chat when they come in! I am a keen swimmer with experience working as a lifeguard – I love being adventurous & enjoy cycling with my brother, and discovering new places. At the weekend, I really enjoy reading (especially about moral dilemmas), experimenting with new cooking recipes and playing Wii.
As a recent graduate from the University of Nottingham where I studied Criminology & Social Policy, I joined the team as a full-time clinic assistant & marketing manager. I’m exploring my first full time role and learning more everyday, enjoying the challenges new work brings. My professional experience ranges broadly: private tutoring, barista work, aesthetics, volunteering with youth organisations, and community projects abroad. I have a passion for people and like a good laugh! I am a keen gym-goer and enjoy weightlifting, as well as pilates. I love spending time outdoors walking my dog, practicing embroidery designs, & testing out new baking recipes.
We provide Osteopathic treatment for our local communities of Eltham, New Eltham, Chislehurst, Petts Wood. However, many of our patients travel from Bromley, Bexley, Orpington and south east London for their treatments.
