Eltham Osteopathy Clinic does accept private medical health insurance. At the moment, we accept patients with BUPA insurance, with Paul Musk as our only osteopath currently registered with BUPA. His provider number is, as found on the BUPA website, 30033388.
When coming into the clinic with BUPA as your insurance provider, you will be asked to provide your: membership number, authorisation code and policy excess. Please have these to hand to ensure a smooth introduction!
If you would like to visit the clinic under a different insurance provider, we ask that you contact your policy provider first before making any inquiries. When using a different insurance provider, we ask that you initially settle your account with the clinic at the time of your appointment, and then claim back from your insurer.
We accept cash, cheques, and credit/debit card.

Eltham Osteopathy Clinic is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When patients cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen and getting the help they need.
Please give us 24 hours’ notice to your rescheduled your appointment and to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full cost for the missed appointment.
