The Eltham Osteopathy Clinic Team
Paul graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and received a B.Sc. (Hons) in Osteopathy. He was made a full member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA) and is state-registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
After graduation Paul studied for a further two years to complete a diploma in classical osteopathy. During this time Paul was able to train with a 94-year-old osteopath and so gain valuable experience and insight into osteopathy which has not been diluted through the years.
Paul now owns the award-winning practice, Eltham Osteopathy Clinic; which he has taken to a new level of health care excellence and strives to exceed your expectations in health care. He has a special interest in taking care of spinal, sports and work-related injuries as well as postural correction. His passion lies in helping people and there is nothing Paul loves more than hearing “you have taken away the pain that I thought would never go away, I only wish I had come sooner!’
Some of Pauls’ accolades include the highly sought-after Technique award by HRH Princess Anne and the award for best male practice owner 2017. Paul is a scout leader and loves giving back to the community, offering the children the same opportunities he had.
Daniel graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2015, and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). He gained valuable experience working within the BSO’s onsite clinic, and many external and community clinics.
His interest in osteopathy began following a shoulder injury many years ago. He was not happy with the doctor’s recommendations and the ongoing use of painkillers so he sought an alternative and Osteopathy was recommended. Both the philosophy and practical side of Osteopathy struck a chord and sparked Daniel’s journey to become an Osteopath himself. Daniel is an avid cyclist and his Master’s dissertation was on the topic of overuse injuries in cyclists; many of which he has experienced and addressed.
Daniel’s aim with his patients is to optimize their health which allow them to achieve their goals. As with all the Osteopaths at the Eltham Osteopathy Clinic, Daniel treats the entire body, not only the part that hurts. Through this the underlying problems are addressed and not just the manifestation of symptoms.
Sam graduated with a Master of Osteopathy Degree from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly British School of Osteopathy) in 2018. He is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO). Sam also holds a level 3 ITEC Sports Massage Therapy certification.
His passion for Osteopathy dates back to a knee injury he suffered in his late teens when playing county level rugby. It was effectively diagnosed and managed by an Osteopath whose skills and knowledge were highly admired. The art and science of manual therapy and rehabilitation intrigued Sam and encouraged him to pursue his life journey as a musculoskeletal specialist.
Sam appreciates and engages all biopsychosocial factors with his patients in order to maximise their health and wellbeing. His dissertation was on the association between posture and lower back pain which provided him with extensive knowledge about the structures of the lower back. His treatment approaches also range from using mindfulness techniques to tackle chronic pain to kinesiology taping for acute presentations
Verity graduated with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2017 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO).
Verity has also completed a course in sports massage and holds a Foundation Degree in Sport and Fitness. This encouraged her to explore and expand her knowledge of the human body, and in particular how it can be healed without medication.
After suffering many years with headaches, Verity found Osteopathy and now after reaping the benefits aims to provide all patients with whole body treatments that not only treats the symptoms but the cause. She has experience in treating people with life limiting illness and has a passion for helping those feel their best even at their worst.

Laura Fantinello – Yoga Teacher
When Laura started studying with Lisa Sanfilippo and Bridget Woods-Kramer in London, she knew that the holistic approach of Yoga principles resonated with her and she decided to qualify as a teacher in 2011. Laura is passionate about the traditional arts of healing including yoga practice, herbalism, home cooking, meditation and massage.
Laura started practicing yoga in the early nineties as a way to manage a chronic lower back issue. As the practice was becoming part of her routine, the understanding of the benefits of yoga as a therapy were very evident and she worked with her teachers to deepen her understanding of yoga and how it can benefit the wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.
Over the years Laura has integrated yoga and mindful meditation attending courses in England, Italy and Thailand. Laura teaches mainly one to ones and occasionally organises seminars and retreats where bigger groups of people come together to learn about yoga and meditation.
Recently Laura has completed a Traditional Thai Yoga massage course as an integration of the healing work of Yoga and beneficial to people that want to start their healing journey
Our Clinic Assistants
One thing you can’t see online is the positive, friendly and happy nature our clinic assistants which all our patients comment on. At Eltham Osteopathy, clinic assistants run the show. Highly trained in customer service, they make your every visit to our office a red carpet experience
I have been part of this amazing team since March 2015 after working in occupational health and safety for many years…
Every day I am inspired by our Osteopath’s passion and commitment to the health and well-being of others.
Working at the front desk as a Clinic Assistant I get the opportunity to meet many lovely people. I am so encouraged when I see the progress our patients make and how they transform into pain-free, energised individuals.
I also enjoy being that first smile they see as they come through the door. Osteopathy has taught me so much and I learn more and more each day!
Having worked in banking for 36 years I started working part time at the clinic in October …
My colleagues are professional and friendly which makes the clinic a welcoming place to work and be treated. The best part of the job for me is seeing the brilliant work the Osteopaths do.
I think; like me before I started working at the clinic, a number of people believe Osteopaths only help with back pain but I now realise that osteopathy can help with neck, knee, shoulder and joint pain; together with improving the overall well-being of patients.
After years of working in various sectors, I finally found a truly inspirational place of work …
All the team at the clinic are so passionate about their work and what they do I feel privileged to be part of it. From what I have seen already osteopathy can truly change lives and I am looking forward to learning more and expanding my skills.
Having worked in various settings over recent years, I am new to this role and environment …
I am inspired by the dedication and passion of the team to deliver and empower patients to live their life to the fullest, naturally and safely without the hindrance of painkillers or drugs. I have met patients who have told me how much better they feel since beginning their treatment and how their lives have improved which has been extremely uplifting.
We provide Osteopathic treatment for our local communities of Eltham, New Eltham, Chislehurst, Petts Wood. However, many of our patients travel from Bromley, Bexley, Orpington and Southeast London for their treatments.
